Emergency Grants (When Available)
We recognize that sometimes Current Scholars experience financial emergencies in their personal lives. Through a generous donor, TheDream.US offers one-time emergency grants to help address these financial challenges. There is no schedule for when Emergency grant funding will be available. This Grant goes directly to you (not to your college) and does not count against your Scholarship maximum award. Eligible Scholars will receive an email and private link to apply for an Emergency Grant whenever they become available.

Modern States
Modern States offers tuition-free online courses to prepare students for the College Board (CLEP) exams. If you pass the exam, you may get credits at your college in place of paying for the same class on campus. Open to all students across the U.S.
Bridge Funding
Scholars who are near graduation (15 credits or less left to complete) may use TheDream.US Request Form to request additional time or funding to complete their degree.
