DACA Rapid Response Briefing On Latest Decision

The Presidents’ Alliance, in partnership with TheDream.US, FWD.us, and MALDEF, are hosting a virtual one-hour Rapid Response Briefing on last week’s DACA Decision by Judge Hanen on Thursday, September 21st, 2023 at 12 PM ET/11 AM CT. Speakers will address the legal context and implications of the most recent ruling, what it means for the impacted community, and how institutions of higher education can support undocumented students in this time of need.
