1. Meet ALPFA
The Association of Latino Professionals For America (ALPFA) provides networking, professional leadership opportunities, and access to thousands of paid summer internships through hundreds of corporate partners.
You may become a member to access their online services and their college-based chapters. If your college has a chapter, check it out. Some of our Scholars are members and have found ALPFA to be helpful.
Also, the ALPFA National Convention is coming up on August 3 to 6 in Nashville, TN. Thousands of Latinos will gather to learn, network, and find jobs and internships!
2. Make your Scholarship Award last longer
Modern States offers over 40 tuition-free online courses which may give you academic credits at your college. Taught by professors from leading universities, the courses prepare students for the College Board (CLEP) exams. They will even pay for your exam fee!

3. Free Four-Day Online Career Conference
This virtual Grad Career Festival, held from June 25th – 28th, will feature 36 career authors and coaches.
Each will share tips you can use to explore career opportunities, create a career plan, manage your career, and organize your job search.
