We’re reaching out to let you know that the 2025-2026 Scholarship Renewal Form has been reopened for you. The form will be available starting Wednesday, June 25 at 12:00 PM ET through Monday, June 30 at 11:59 PM ET.
We sincerely thank you for bringing the technical issues to our attention and are truly sorry for the challenges and stress you may have experienced! We hope this extra time will help you get everything together for your renewal and ensure you have scholarship funding for next year.
If you have recently graduated or will graduate this summer, you are no longer going to school, have transferred to a non-Partner College, or you have received your permanent residency, we still need you to fill out the renewal form. Select the “I do not wish to renew” option and answer a few questions.
To remain eligible for your scholarship, you must submit your renewal form before the deadline! No additional extensions will be granted.

Please Note:
Once you fill everything out, upload your transcript, and click Submit, the renewal status button in your ISTS portal will still show as “Continue.” This is okay! The ISTS team needs a few days to review and accept your transcript. In the meantime, you must monitor your transcript and ensure it is accepted.
Once it’s been reviewed and accepted, your renewal status will automatically update to “Completed.” No further action will be needed from you at that point.
If your status hasn’t been updated to “Completed” in several days, you can check the status of your transcript by clicking the green word “Awarded” directly underneath your original scholarship application. This will open a box where you can view your uploaded transcript documents and see if it has been uploaded, approved, or rejected—you may need to scroll down a bit to find the reason. If your transcript was rejected, you will need to upload a corrected version before the deadline. If it shows up as rejected past the deadline, you will need to email the ISTS team a new copy of your transcript with the correct information.
📬 ISTS will also send an email if your transcript has been rejected, so please be sure to check your spam/junk folder in case it ends up there.
