Dear Partner Colleges,
As the 2017-18 year begins, we want to ensure that we have the correct contact information for our primary contacts in your college and the correct contact/address to whom to send the flyers for the upcoming Scholarship round.
Attached is our “Master Partner College Directory”. We ask that you:
On the first tab (Partner College Contacts) –
- Filter on your college and update any contacts and/or information for the contacts for your college:

- If nothing needs to be updated – please reply to this email letting us know all is good. No need to attach anything.
- If changes need to be made – please update them as necessary in the appropriate cells (you may delete row of those no longer at PC, and not all contacts need to have a designated Role).
On the third tab (Addresses for Flyers) –
- Filter on your college
- Add requested information in columns C-K for the contact who will receive the promotional flyers
Lastly…
- Save the spreadsheet (with the filter on your college and edits) and send back to us in one email by Friday September, 15, 2017 (copy your team so they know you are submitting the spreadsheet).
