Position Summary
TheDream.US Chief of Staff (COS) will serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive team. This individual will be the Chief Executive Officer’s right hand, participating in high-level meetings as needed, preparing briefings, traveling when required, conducting research, and owning targeted initiatives. The COS works behind the scenes, deriving satisfaction from the success of the organization and its leadership, without seeking personal recognition. The COS will work closely with the executive team and Director of Advocacy and Communications by keeping track of organizational priorities and projects, and work with the Board of Advisors, managing meetings, taking minutes, and ensuring effective communication and collaboration. The COS will support and understand the higher education landscape, the immigrant experience, and struggles of the student population that we serve.
