Attention Graduates!
If you graduated or will graduate this summer, or no longer need the scholarship, you are required to fill out your Renewal Form. Select “I do not wish to renew” and answer a few questions. This data is essential for us to continue our work and show the program is successful.
Important Note: Make Sure Your Renewal Form is “Completed”
Once you fill everything out, upload your transcript, and click Submit, the renewal status button in your ISTS portal will still show as “Submitted.” This is okay! The ISTS team needs a few days to review and accept your transcript. In the meantime, you must monitor your transcript and ensure it is accepted. Once it’s been reviewed and accepted, your renewal status will automatically update to “Completed.” No further action will be needed from you at that point.
If your status hasn’t been updated to “Completed” in several days, you can check the status of your transcript by clicking the green word “Awarded” directly underneath your original scholarship application. This will open your “Submission History” page, where you can view your uploaded transcript and see if it has been uploaded, approved, or rejected.
ISTS will also send an email if your transcript has been rejected — please be sure to check your spam/junk folder in case it ends up there and re-upload the corrected version of your transcript.
