Reminders
- Mandatory Scholar Survey due June 1: If you haven’t already, complete your survey now! Search your inbox for your unique link, last sent on May 5, 2026.
- Scholarship Renewal Form opens June 1: If eligible to renew, access your Renewal Form via your ISTS Scholar Portal starting June 1. Completion of your renewal is required every June to keep your Scholarship for the following year or report your graduation. Failure to submit your renewal by the deadline will result in the withdrawal of your scholarship.
College and Career Success Resources
- Apply for State Aid and Other Scholarships: You are required to apply for state aid, if eligible. Also seek other financial aid, like The Last Mile Education Fund, to maximize your scholarship dollars. Questions? Reach out to your Financial Aid Advisor found in the Partner College Directory. - Modern States: Provides free course prep for a variety of CLEP exams, that can earn you college credits this summer without stepping into a classroom! Please note, you must confirm acceptance of CLEP credits with your Scholar Advisor before signing up for any exams!
- Grad School: We offer FREE Kaplan Test Prep materials for exams (i.e. LSAT, GRE, MCAT, and many more) and 50% Discount Vouchers for the GRE exam.
- Summer DreamBuilders Internships: Looking for a paid internship this summer? Apply to DreamBuilders Internships – where interns can receive up to a $4,000 stipend! Open roles are now posted on Parker Dewey (search for internships labeled “DreamBuilders”), with more added later this summer. You can also view current DreamBuilders Internships here (on 2nd tab). NOTE: Scholars may participate in only 1 DreamBuilders Internship per program year (Jan 1 – Dec 31, 2026). Scholars may apply to multiple opportunities but can accept only one. Scholars graduating this summer or those who have already completed a 2026 DreamBuilders Internship are not eligible.
