We have hired an immigration attorney who will review your information and provide screenings to explore if you may be eligible for a D-3 waiver, visa, or any other pathway (i.e. through marriage to a U.S. citizen or other family members who have status).
Once you submit the form, we will follow-up with directions on scheduling your screening.
Note: You do not need to have DACA or TPS to be screened.

We’re excited to announce the return of our monthly Immigration Q&A sessions for Scholars. Here is the schedule for fall 2024:

Attorney Sui Chung from Miami will lead the sessions and provide general feedback and guidance on Scholars’ immigration questions.
