We always look forward to this time of the year! It’s time we get to take a step back, breathe, and reflect on everything we are grateful for. Despite a rollercoaster type of year, TheDream.US family feels eternally thankful for YOU! Yes, you!
As we start to wrap up the year, we reflect that every day we are honored to support you and be lifted by your resilience, commitment to your education, and dedication to your families.
As you may know, our Scholarship applications are now open for DREAMers who have DACA, TPS, or who arrived in the country before November 1, 2015 (more than five years ago) and otherwise meet the DACA eligibility criteria. Many DREAMers want to follow in your footsteps, and we feel YOU are the most likely person who can help us get to them!
Please help us get the word out!
In our appreciation for you helping us get the word out, we will give out FIVE $30 Amazon gift cards. That’s right, by spreading the Scholarship-joy, you can win a gift card to help you either with your education expenses or your Holiday shopping list!!
This is what you need to do:
- Reach out to DREAMers in your network, your mentors, high school teachers and counselors, community colleges, churches, and local community organizations. Tell them about our scholarship and encourage them to share with others who may be eligible. Use this handy guide for sample social media posts and flyers.
- Go to our Facebook group post here and comment with the first names of 5 people you shared the scholarship information with.
- We will randomly pick five comments to win a $30 Amazon Gift card via email.
