Heads Up Graduates and Scholars,
We’ve been reading and monitoring the DACA litigation, and it has come to our attention that there is an effort by the administration to end DACA renewals as early as this summer. We highly encourage, if you have not already done so, to submit your DACA renewal as soon as possible. Read more here: https://nbcnews.to/2JLEQ4A
Immigration attorneys and experts have recommended submitting a DACA renewal if your DACA is set to expire within 6 months (180 days). Those who are just a few weeks outside of this timeline should also consider submitting a renewal application. We are not immigration attorneys and for this reason we encourage you seek legal advice to help you with this process.
Current Scholars – In May, we sent you all an email letting you know that, if your DACA expires before December 31, 2018, and you do not have the resources to pay for the DACA renewal fee, you can apply to TheDream.US for funds for your payment. Best,
