IMPORTANT news – Venezuela TPS holders won an important court victory! You can now extend your Venezuela TPS through October 2, 2026 – but you need to re-register by September 10, 2025 if you have not done so already. This deadline applies both to people who originally received Venezuela TPS in 2021 and people who received Venezuela TPS in 2023. Many people with Venezuela TPS have already re-registered before now.
The Florida Immigrant Coalition is hosting FREE zoom sessions September 9th & 10th to help Venezuelans register for TPS.
Re-registration is also available through the USCIS website. Follow these instructions to re-register.
