We are excited to introduce the Dreamers’ Options Network, a new initiative under our Career Connections program at TheDream.US. This pilot program is dedicated to providing comprehensive support to help you fully utilize your college education and advance your professional journey.
We invite you to an exclusive 30-minute session this Thursday, July 25th at 3 PM ET, where we will provide details on how the Dreamers’ Options Network can assist you. [registration link removed]
We are dedicating significant resources and raising funds to help as many of you as possible find legal options to secure more permanent immigration statuses over the next six months.
Our session will follow the Update on D-3 Waivers and PIP Executive Actions: What You Need to Know to Prepare 2 PM ET call. To join both sessions, please make sure to register for both.
The Dreamers’ Options Network offers:
- Legal Screenings: Free legal screenings with expert immigration attorneys to explore potential immigration options.
- Immigration Attorney Referrals: Partnerships with firms providing pro-bono or low-bono support. TheDream.US will offer grants for those meeting income criteria, and others will receive a sliding scale fee schedule with payment plans.
- Loans for Immigration Filing Fees: Zero-interest loans for USCIS immigration fees in partnership with Mission Asset Fund.
- Advance Parole Programs: Opportunities for short trips on advance parole, with grants covering application fees, attorney fees, and some travel expenses.
We want to ensure that financial barriers do not prevent any of you from accessing immigration opportunities.
We will prioritize time-sensitive immigration options such as employer-based visas, D-3, PIP, and Advance Parole, on a first-come, first-served basis until funds are exhausted. Our goal is to maximize the opportunity for as many Alumni as possible to explore their adjustment of status options.
It is estimated that over 25% of immigrants have an immigration benefit they are unaware of, and for Dreamers this number may be even higher!
