Now that you’ve submitted your Renewal Form, it is your responsibility to monitor the status of your renewal and ensure it is marked as Completed!
To view and troubleshoot any issues:
- Log in to your ISTS Scholar Portal
- Click on your “Awarded” applications to see your award and the Renewal Form
- Click on “Continue”:
- If your transcript is still pending, please allow the ISTS team a couple of business days to view and approve/reject your transcript
- If your transcript is rejected, take action immediately and upload the corrected version— YOU HAVE UNTIL THE DEADLINE TONIGHT!
Common issues to watch for:
- “Continue” status button remains: Make sure all fields in the form are complete and you have answered each question. Make sure to hit “Submit” at the bottom!
- Documents pending review: Allow a couple of business days for uploaded documents to be processed and your status to update.
- Documents rejected: You will receive an email from ISTS with the reason for rejection. Click the red “Review Details” to see comments and re-upload the corrected document by 11:59 pm PT today, June 22, 2026.

YOUR RENEWAL IS NOT COMPLETE UNTIL YOUR TRANSCRIPT IS MARKED AS ACCEPTED AND STATUS REFLECTS “COMPLETED” IN THE PORTAL.
Only completed Renewal Forms will be reviewed.
