1. TEACH FOR AMERICA
TFA provides service internships for undergraduates and teaching jobs for graduates. We will soon have a webinar to introduce you to all of their positions. Be on the lookout for that email.
In the meantime: Reach out to a TFA campus recruiter to learn about TFA’s opportunities and get help with applying. Tell them you are reaching out at the recommendation of TheDream.US. a) The Accelerate Fellowship: A paid, summer internship for current juniors interested in social impact. This is a highly competitive position for those who can demonstrate extraordinary leadership experience and have high GPAs. 2. BREAKTHROUGH COLLABORATIVE
REMINDER: We are hosting a webinar on Summer Teaching Internships with Breakthrough Collaborative (BTC) –
December 6th, 7pm EST/4pm PST.
BTC offers college students the opportunity to experience the realities of the classroom while planning and teaching their own academic courses to small groups of students from under-served areas. Repeatedly named a Princeton Review Top Ten Internship, The Breakthrough Collaborative positions are available in 25 U.S. cities.
