We want to share exciting news with you!
Starting with the August term, our Purdue Scholars are eligible to receive a $500 stipend per quarter when you register and attend classes, for up to a maximum of $1,500 in stipends per academic year. Your Total Award Amount has been increased from $33,000 to $39,000. You can see this reflected in your ISTS Scholar Portal in the Program Summary section on your homepage.
The stipend will be sent directly to Purdue University Global along with your scholarship award. Purdue will then process the stipend and send it to you. You will receive the funds either by check or direct deposit depending upon how your Heartland Account is set up. Please reach out to Carmen Delgado for assistance with your Heartland Account if you have any questions.
As long as you have available funds in your account, you will receive one $500 stipend for classes taken during the following quarters (based on term start dates):
- August – October
- November – January
- February – April
If you enroll for classes during the Summer quarter (May – July), you will receive an additional $500 stipend that counts towards your maximum award.
