Dear (Patient & Understanding) Partner College teams,
We have found a “bug” in the Application Information Report (referenced below) that you are using to identify current scholars. It is pulling the “original” college for our Scholars – not their “current” college. For most Scholars the original and current college are the same. But for those who selected one college in their acceptance form but then attended another or those who transferred from one PC to another, the two colleges differ.
ISTS is in the process of creating a new data warehouse for TheDream.US program which will allow us to provide you with more accurate reports going forward. They are on schedule to complete this before the enrollment verification process begins this Fall. Barring any unforeseen difficulties, our goal is to have PC Scholar Reports available to you mid-August.
Here’s what you can do in the meantime:
- Place a hold on the accounts of the Scholars that you currently show on your Applicant Information report, knowing that you will have to crosscheck this in mid-August when you get the new report.
- If you have a strict deadline before August 15th to place a hold on your Scholars accounts and something seems amiss, please reach out to your Relationship Manager so they can help confirm that you have an accurate list.
- If placing a hold on Scholars’ accounts is not urgent, please wait until mid-August when you have access to the new report and can use that to confirm current Scholars who should have a hold on their accounts.
