We are so proud to have TPS recipients as Scholars of TheDream.US.
So that we can better support you, we have been following the federal court cases challenging the Trump Administration’s attempt to end TPS.
This week, a federal appeals court ruled that the Trump Administration can phase out the Temporary Protected Status of TPS holders from Sudan, Nicaragua and Haiti as soon as March and from El Salvador by November 2021. But . . . the plaintiffs in this case plan to appeal the decision and a potential Biden administration could reinstate TPS protections. We will continue to monitor this and keep you informed.
While we are highly disappointed, we want to assure you that we will stand with you and continue to support your college education – TPS or no TPS.
