Feeling anxious or unmotivated? Worried about finals? Does it feel like all of the sudden all your problems are colliding together? Unable to focus?
You are not alone. During stressful times, it is not uncommon for people to experience catastrophic or worse-case scenario thoughts that impact how we feel, and our actions. Fears about finals or current worries can become fears about the future. If not dealt with, our confidence may suffer making it harder to focus on the task at hand.
On Thursday, April 25th, we are hosting a Wellness Circle – “Finish the Year Strong: Practical Self-Care Strategies To help You go From Surviving to Thriving”
Join us to learn practical tools to manage worries, anxiety and other feelings that can prevent you from succeeding this term.
During this Wellness Circle we will learn and practice grounding and relaxation exercises, quick and easy mindfulness techniques and learn how to re-frame distressful thoughts.
