We’re Here for You: Support and Resources During These Trying Times

Dear DACA Scholars and those with stalled applications,

In these challenging times, we want you to know that you are not alone and your well-being matters to us. We understand that recent developments may have added to the anxiety and stress you’re already experiencing. Please know that we are here to offer support and help in any way we can.

Reach Out for Support: Your colleges and universities have mental health services available to provide assistance during difficult moments. Don’t hesitate to connect with these resources if you need someone to talk to or seek guidance on managing stress and anxiety. You’ll find the contacts in your PC Directory here.

Scholar Facebook Community: We encourage you to lean on your Scholar Facebook community, where you can connect with fellow Scholars and find a supportive community ready to lend an ear or share their experiences. We invite you to attend the Immigration Q&A on Thurs. September 28th.

Renewal Information: If you currently have DACA, we strongly urge you to continue renewing it. Renewal is still possible, and it remains essential for maintaining your status. As well you can also continue to request Advance Parole. Check out these resources and speak to an attorney or professional to see if this is an option for you.

Financial Assistance for DACA Renewals: We understand that some individuals may face financial challenges in renewing their DACA. There are organizations dedicated to helping those who cannot afford the DACA fee beyond the Mission Asset Fund. Informed Immigrant has compiled a helpful list of resources that may assist you.

Remember that you have a strong community of supporters, and we are here to stand by your side. Reach out for assistance, explore resources, and stay informed. Together, we will navigate these challenging times.

Warm regards,

TheDream.US Team
