Question #1: I am having issues accessing my Renewal Form.
- Answer: If your Scholar Portal states you are eligible, you will see the Renewal button and link for the form on your home page. If you still have trouble accessing it or have technical issues, please contact the ISTS program support team directly: [email protected]
Question #2: How will I know if my Renewal Form is complete?
- Answer: Your renewal is not complete after you first submit it. You must track the status of your transcript upload in your ISTS Scholar Portal.
- Starting on the Home Page, you can click on the “Awarded” button underneath your original scholarship award application. This button will bring you to your Submissions History, where you can see all form statuses and documents.
- Once ISTS reviews and accepts your transcript, the status will update to “Completed.” If your transcript is rejected, you must re-upload a corrected version before the deadline!
Question #3: I already graduated — do I still need to complete the Renewal Form?
- Answer: Yes! We absolutely need your graduation information. Select “I do not wish to renew” and answer a couple of questions. Knowing about your success is what helps us raise money for the next generation of TheDream.US Scholars — please complete it!
Question #4: What happens if I don’t submit my Renewal Form by June 22?
- Answer: You will lose your scholarship if you do not submit your Renewal Form by the June 22 deadline. There are no exceptions.
