- Fall Ignite Fellowship @ Teach for America (Virtual) – Deadline to Apply: Wednesday, April 30 | Experience Runs: September – December | Stipend: $1,200. A virtual tutoring fellowship during spring 2025 semester. All majors welcome. Apply Here. IMPORTANT: Disregard their work authorization eligibility criteria mentioned on their website and application. TheDream.US has a special partnership with TFA’s Ignite Fellowship in which work authorization is not required for Scholars so long as they have a SSN or ITIN. - Virtual Tutor @ Papaya Tutoring (Virtual) – Deadline to Apply: Wednesday, April 30 | Stipend based on tutoring sessions completed. Papaya Tutor is currently recruiting for 50+ paid, online tutors. Applicants must be college students or alumni with strong math, algebra, and/or English Language Arts (ELA) skills. All majors welcome. A resume/CV is required at time of application. - Summer Fellowship @ Major League Hacking (Virtual) – | Deadline to Apply: Wednesday, April 30 | Program Runs: late May – August | Stipend: $5,000. A 12-week remote tech program for software development, open-source contribution, and professional mentorship. Must have participated in at least one MLH Hackathon or Global Hack Week event, and know how to code in at least one language Learn more here.
- Poderosa Fellowship @ Poder Latinx (Virtual) – Deadline to Apply: Thursday, May 15 | Program Runs: June 2025 – March 2026 | Stipend: $5,000. A 10-month civic and social justice leadership development program for Latinas aged 18-35 years old. Must live in one of the following states: AZ, CA, FL, GA, IL, NC, PA, TX, VA, WA, WI, and Washington DC.* Learn more here. *Applicants from other states not listed above can still apply and select the “Other” option, however the organization will prioritize applicants from the listed states first for selection.
- CTD Learns Courses @ Code the Dream (Virtual) – Deadline to Apply: Sunday, July 6 | Program Runs: November 2025 – March 2026 | Stipend: $0. Founded by a former undocumented professional, Code the Dream provides free coding and software development courses. These courses are offered 3 times a year – Fall Trimester CTD Learns applications are currently open. Must be 18+ years old, from a diverse background, and has time/motivation to excel. There is no stipend for taking the courses, but individuals who successfully pass CTD Learns are eligible to apply for their paid, inclusive apprenticeships (apprenticeships are competitive and full-time for roughly 10 months; pays $30,000-$35,000). - Home is Here Opportunity Program @ Immigrants Rising (Virtual) – Apps Open TBD in July or August | Stipend: $7,000. Must be interested in learning about entrepreneurship and advocacy, and have experience and comfort in public speaking, sharing your story, and building community. - 5th Annual Virtual UndocuProfessionals Conference
The 5th Annual UndocuProfessionals Conference, hosted by UndocuProfessionals, will take place virtually on Monday, June 2 – Wednesday, June 4. This year’s conference will center around immigrant talent, resilience, and career empowerment. Visit their website or IG page for more information. About the Organization: UndocuProfessionals is a national community for and by the undocumented communities in all career fields. UndocuProfessionals’ mission is to create a brave platform for the undocumented communities to highlight their experiences from student to professionals.
- TheDream.US Summer Career Series
Save the Date! TheDream.US will be hosting a 2-day virtual mini-conference in July focusing on career pathways and entrepreneurship for undocumented students and alumni. Proposed dates will be Thursday, July 24 and Friday, July 25 – confirmed dates, times, and schedule will be promoted via email and social media come summer.
